Today Robert performed the annual AC service. He arrived on time, actually a few minutes early. He was very personable and extremely thorough in his evaluation of the present status of our unit. Since our unit is now 13 years old, we discussed the fact that R22 coolant is no longer available and how we should plan for replacement in the near future. His advice was professional and took our personal situation into account. Since we have an annual service contract, this service, including installation of a clean out on the drain, was done at no additional charge. We have used Tuck and Howell for over 5 years and find them to be reliable, cost effective, and efficient. They definitely earn a five star rating.

I had to have over $20K of work done to two HVAC systems. The folks at Tuck & Howell took care of notifying the city, getting the necessary permits and arranging for the inspection. They did the work with a minimal effect on my daily/nightly HVAC needs over a two-week period. There was some mold involved and they corrected the problem after first calling my attention to it. It was a small price to pay for our improved health.

When my A/C would not cool my house I called Tuck and Howell. Matthew McCall was the service person who came that same afternoon. He was professional and polite. He discovered the problem and corrected the problem. I was very pleased.
