Service tech was good and polite. Very thorough and efficient. Did sell me on a hvac hard start relay.
I felt it was too expensive. I have had them before but $419. Is too much based on my research.
I hope it was a Lennox compatible device? I have to assume it is. The device is good to have and I would have installed one my self but at 82 years old with cancer it is too hard for me.

Had great service. Technician Kevin was fair and honest. Unfortunately told us the entire system needs replacement. sadly the estimates are upwards to $15,000. My elderly parents and myself just won’t be able to afford it. Going to be a long summer. Currently trying to find used window units on marketplace to get us by.
