Placed call at 4:20 today and the AC was up and running again by 6:30! Can’t say enough good things about this company! They have not let us down and we’ve used them for 20+ years.

The technicians installing our unit (Willie and Jason) were extremely efficient and very professional. It should be noted that it was an extremely warm and humid day. They completed the work in less time than we thought given the working conditions. Amazingly friendly and upbeat and never a complaint. Good work and good people!

Our repair tech was Lee, he was great!!! He called to let us know he was a few mins behind which was wonderful, he didn’t keep us hanging which most companies do, he diagnosed the issue very quickly and had our AC back running in just a few mins. Lee was very polite, very knowledgeable, and explained everything in great detail, if I had a question he had the answer. Great company and great people.
